摘 要:针对星载相控阵雷达应用背景,提出一款工作于Ku频段的低剖面轻量化一维相扫缝隙阵天线。天线基于射频-数字-供电一体化设计思路,并采用系统级封装(system in package,SiP)芯片实现高密度结构集成。与传统基于砖式或瓦片式收发(transmit/receive,T/R)组件的相控阵天线相比,所提天线设计可以有效降低天线剖面高度和重量。天线中心工作频率为16 GHz,具有600 MHz工作带宽,可实现一维方向波束扫描。此外,天线设计了自校准网络,可用于在轨期间射频通道幅相特性实时检测。样机实测结果表明,天线扫描角度范围可达±30°,等效全向辐射功率(effective isotropic radiated power,EIRP)与接收增益与噪声温度比(gain-to-noise temperature ratio,G/T)值测试结果均与理论计算值吻合。Aiming at the application of satellite-borne phased array radar,a low-profile lightweight one-dimensional phased scanning slot array antenna operating in Ku band is proposed.The antenna is based on radio frequenly-digital-power integration design,and system in package(SiP)chips are used to achieve high-density structural integration.Compared with the traditional phased array antennas based on brick or tile transmit/receive(T/R)modules,the proposed antenna design can effectively reduced the height and weight of the antenna profile.The central working frequency of the antenna is 16 GHz,with a working bandwidth of 600 MHz,which can realize one-dimensional beam scanning.In addition,a self-calibration network is designed,which can be used for real-time detection of the amplitude and phase characteristics of the radio frequency channel in orbit.The measurement results of the prototype show that the scanning angle of the antenna can reach±30°,and the testing result of effective isotropic radiated power(EIRP)and gain-to-noise temperature ratio(G/T)values are consistent with the theoretical calculation values.
