摘　　要：2014年,四川省开始启动国家储备林建设,经过几年探索,在政策、技术、管理等方面初步建立框架体系,明确了项目管理、推进机制,但在制度建设、政策管理、融资机制、建设模式、项目监管等方面仍面临着一些问题和制约因素。从完善管理体制、优化政策管理、创新建设模式、拓宽融资渠道、加强人才培养,强化要素支撑、突出政府管理、加强项目监管等方面提出了优化建议。Sichuan Province began to implement the construction of national reserve forests in 2014.A preliminary framework system has been established on policy,technology,management,and other aspects,clarifying project management and promotion mechanisms after several years of exploration.By analyzing the problems and constraints in institutional construction,policy management,financing mechanisms,construction models,project supervision,and other aspects,optimization suggestions were put forward from improving the management system,optimizing policy management,innovating construction models,expanding financing channels,strengthening talent cultivation,strengthening factor support,highlighting government management,and strengthening project supervision.
