腹腔镜阑尾补片输尿管成形术治疗输尿管长段狭窄3例

摘　　要：2021年10月—2022年8月红河州第一人民医院采用腹腔镜阑尾补片输尿管成形术治疗3例输尿管长段狭窄患者,均顺利完成手术,手术时间116~183 min,平均153 min;术中出血量50~80 mL,平均60 mL。术后第3~4天拔除腹腔引流管,术后第7天拔除尿管;术后未出现严重感染病例,无漏尿;术后6个月输尿管镜检未见吻合口狭窄,输尿管通畅。术后随访9~24个月,平均13个月,患者肾积水均较术前明显改善,腰部疼痛症状缓解。腹腔镜阑尾补片输尿管成形术治疗输尿管长段狭窄术后并发症少、成功率较高、疗效确切,是一种安全有效的方法。Three cases of long-segment ureteral stricture treated with laparoscopic ureteroplasty using appendiceal patch in Honghe First People's Hospital from October 2021 to August 2022 were retrospectively analysed.All 3 patients successfully underwent the surgery,with a surgical duration of 116 to 183 minutes(average 153 minutes),intraoperative blood loss of 50 to 80 mL(average 60 mL).The abdominal drainage tube was removed on the 3rd to 4th day postoperatively,and the ureteral stent was removed on the 7th day postoperatively.No severe postoperative infections or urinary leakage occurred.Ureteroscopy at 6 months postoperatively showed no anastomotic stenosis or obstructed ureters.During the follow-up period of 9 to 24 months(average 13 months),patients revealed significant improvement in renal hydronephrosis and relief of lumbar pain symptoms.Laparoscopic ureteroplasty using appendiceal patch for long-segment ureteral stricture is a safe and effective method with a low incidence of postoperative complications,a high success rate,and definite efficacy.
