摘 要:将相变材料(PCM)与织物有效结合,可以实现人体高效热调控。基于瞬态热分析方法,探讨了PCM复合薄膜的热传递特性,揭示了PCM作用对复合薄膜热传递过程温度场和热流密度分布,理论分析了PCM含量及潜热对复合薄膜热传递特性的影响规律。结果表明:PCM相变吸热过程改变了复合薄膜的温度和热流密度分布,降低了复合薄膜的温度和热流密度。随着PCM潜热和含量增加,复合薄膜的整体温度和热流密度明显降低。这对高效应用PCM以提高人体热管理具有重要的理论依据。The effective combination of phase change materials(PCM)and fabrics can achieve efficient thermal regulation of the human body.The heat transfer characteristics of PCM composite films were discussed based on the transient thermal analysis method.The effects of PCM on the temperature field and heat flux distribution of the composite film in the heat transfer process were revealed.The influence of the mass fraction and latent heat of the PCM on the transient heat transfer performance of the composite film were analyzed.The results show that the phase change endothermic of the PCM greatly changes the temperature and heat flux distribution of the composite film,and effectively reduces the temperature and heat flux of the composite film.The overall temperature and heat flux of composite film are significantly reduced with the increase of latent heat and mass fraction of the PCM.This has important theoretical basis for the efficient application of PCM to improve human thermal management.
