摘　　要：智人主动的种族选育行为一直存在。21世纪以来,越来越多的人希望将种族选育行为推进到运用多种技术手段进行的身心设计活动。身心设计被接受的背后实际上是一种新的、关于主体的“科学人”概念日益兴起。智能社会的推进,给出了三个支持身心设计的相互联系的理由:智能社会从AI辅助生存社会走向机器人劳动社会,智人正在成为“无用之人”,增长极限与极端经济不平衡成为关乎人类存亡的主要问题;AI的不断“进化”,加剧了智人身心的退化;在未来与硅基生命的竞争中,作为碳基生命的人处于劣势地位,有意进化则更易取胜。面对一系列挑战,智人应当积极拥抱适当、适度和有限的身心设计,努力控制新科技的发展,并审慎对待身心设计带来的风险。Active racial selection of Human has always existed.Since the twenty-first century,there has been a growing interest in advancing racial selection into mind-body design activities using a variety of technological means.The mind-body design was accepted because of the growing emergence of a new conception of"scientific man".The advancement of intelligent society gives three interrelated reasons to support mind-body design:intelligent society is moving from an AI-assisted survival society to a robot labor society,where human are becoming"useless",the limits of growth and inequitable distribution are becoming the main issues of human survival;The continuous"evolution"of AI has aggravated the physical and mental degradation of human beings;In the future competition with silicon-based life,human beings are in a disadvantageous position,and it is easier to win if they intend to evolve.In the face of a series of challenges,human should actively embrace appropriate,moderate,and limited mind-body design,endeavor to control the development of new technologies,and be prudent in dealing with the risks associated with mind-body design.
