摘　　要：符号是文化与历史的浓缩。建筑符号即地方文化历史反映在人类生活容器上的印记,是建筑装饰高度抽象的表达,它承载着建筑美学与文化的丰富意涵。以皖中地区典型的传统古镇巢湖柘皋镇为例,立足于符号理论,结合地域性建筑的形式审美、民俗观念等装饰属性,分析其空间分布规律、纹样意义及其人文地理观念,并从守正创新的实用价值出发,融合当代审美内涵,提出更新设计策略,以期为江淮地区传统民居建筑符号的转译与实践提供新的思维和路径。expressions of architectural decoration,which carry the rich meaning of architectural aesthetics and culture.Taking Zhegao Town,Chaohu Lake,a typical traditional ancient town in central Anhui as an example,based on the theory of symbols,combined with the decorative attributes of regional architecture,such as formal aesthetics and folk concepts,this paper analyzes its spatial distribution law,pattern significance and human geography concept.Starting from the practical value of integrity and innovation,it integrates the contemporary aesthetic connotation and proposes an updated design strategy,in order to provide a new way for the translation and practice of the architectural symbols of traditional houses in Jianghuai.
