摘 要:感染性疾病是威胁全球人类健康的主要问题。目前临床病原体快速诊断的方法仍有局限性,纳米孔测序作为新一代测序的新方法因具有超长读长、实时测序、设备便携和成本低等独特优势,被医学领域广泛关注和应用。本文就纳米孔测序技术的原理、优势及其在临床感染性疾病快速诊断和指导抗生素治疗中的应用进行介绍,并探讨该技术未来的发展。Infectious diseases remain a major threat to human health on a global scale.Current methods for rapid diagnosis of clinical pathogens stil have limitations.Nanopore sequencing,as a novel method for nextgeneration sequencing,has unique advantages such as ultra-long reads,real-time sequencing,portable equipment,and low cost,which has been widely focused on and applied in the medical field.This review introduces the principles and advantages of nanopore sequencing technology,and discusses its application in the rapid diagnosis of pathogens and guidance of antibiotic treatment.It also discusses the future development of this technology.
