摘　　要：精准的天气预报对保障人民生命财产安全方面有极大的社会和经济效益。精准的天气预报需要精确及时的气象观测资料。目前福建省有580种气象观测资料,其中有传输实效考核的上行资料有高空报BUFR数据、城镇精细报等17种资料,这些考核的上行资料对制作精准的天气预报至关重要。为了保证这些考核的上行资料精确及时传输,利用前后端分离的开发方法和SpringBoot+React框架开发了满足福建信息中心业务需求的精细化气象上行资料监控系统,该系统实现了监控上行资料收发情况、展示每种上行资料的收发详情、上行资料缺收告警功能及快速定位缺收资料的服务器等功能。该系统于2021年3月正式投入业务运行,系统运行稳定可靠,上行资料的传输及时率提高了3%。Accurate weather forecast can bring great social and economic benefits to ensure the safety of people's life and property.Accurate weather forecast requires accurate and timely meteorological observation data.At present,there are 580 kinds of meteorological observation data in Fujian Province.Among them,there are 17 kinds of data such as BUFR data of national regional stations,BUFR data of high-altitude reports,and fine reports of cities and towns.The uplink data of these evaluations play an important role in making accurate weather forecasts.In order to ensure the accurate and timely transmission of each type of uplink data,this paper studies the development model of front-end and back-end separation and the SpringBoot+React framework and develops a meteorological uplink data monitoring system.The system realizes the functions of monitoring the sending and receiving situation of uplink data,displaying the sending and receiving details of each uplink data,the alarm function of uplink data,and quickly locating the server with missing data.The system was officially put into operation in March 2021.The system operation is stable and reliable,and the timely transmission rate of uplink data has increased by 3%.
