摘　　要：脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)是生物的主要遗传物质,存在于所有真核生物、原核生物及部分病毒中。随着对DNA理化性质的深入了解,发现其具有抗紫外线、保湿、抗衰老、美白等多种护肤功能,因其来源十分广泛且安全性高,正成为热门化妆品的原料之一。高纯度的DNA是进行后续研究的基础,本文将分别对从植物、动物和微生物中提取纯化DNA的方法进行综述,介绍了DNA在抗紫外线、抗衰老、保湿、抗皱以及美白等护肤方面相关的功能及相关作用机制,总结了其在化妆品行业中的应用现状并进行了展望,旨在为天然DNA在化妆品领域的应用提供参考。Deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)is the main genetic material of living organisms and is found in all eukaryotes,prokaryotes and some viruses.With an in-depth understanding of the physicochemical properties of DNA,it has been found to have various skin care functions such as anti-UV,moisturizing,anti-aging and whitening,and is becoming one of the ingredients of popular cosmetics because of its very wide source and high safety.High-purity DNA is the basis for subsequent research.The methods of DNA extraction and purification from plants,animals and microorganisms were reviewed,the functions and related mechanisms of action of DNA in skin care such as anti-UV,anti-aging,moisturizing,anti-wrinkle and whitening were introduced.Its application in cosmetics industry was summarized and prospected,in order to provide reference for the research and development of natural high efficiency DNA cosmetics.
