摘　　要：云木香(Saussurea lappa C.B Clarke)菊科风毛菊属干燥根,主要含有挥发性成分和倍半萜类成分,倍半萜骨架类型有桉叶烷型、愈创木烷型、吉玛烷型以及苷类化合物、氨基酸杂合体和倍半萜二聚体等。化学成分由乙醇加热回流提取法提取,有机溶剂萃取结合正相、反相色谱法分离纯化,采用MS、UV、IR、^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR、HMBC、^(1)H-^(1)HCOSY、ROSY、HSQC、单晶衍射等多种方法对结构进行鉴定。该综述为云木香化学成分的分离、纯化和结构鉴定提供参考。The dry root of Saussurea lappa predominantly contains volatile components and sesquiterpenes.It also contains skeleton types included eucalyptus alkane,guaiacolan type,gimarane type and derivative glycosides,amino acid hybrids,and sesquiterpene dimers.The purification of the chemical components involved ethanol heating and reflux extraction,as well as organic solvent extraction combined with normal phase and reverse phase chromatography separation and purification.Various methods such as MS,UV,IR,^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,HMBC,^(1)H-^(1)HCOSY,ROSY,HSQC and single crystal diffraction were utilized for structure identification.This review served as a valuable reference for the separation,purification and structure identification of the chemical components of Saussurea lappa,contributing to the sustainable development and utilization of Saussurea lappa.
