摘　　要：病理性头皮屑是一种慢性、易复发的头皮疾病,已经成为现代社会困扰人们的常见问题。阐述了微生态失衡、头皮脂质异常分泌和头皮屏障功能受损的三种头皮屑产生机制,并分析了三者之间可能的相互作用关系。同时根据活性成分,对去屑剂进行了分类,并简述了各自的去屑原理。此外,对比分析了各国及地区关于去屑成分的管理要求。最后,介绍了常用去屑剂的功效和安全性,并展望了未来去屑剂的发展趋势,以期为更加科学有效的去屑剂研发提供思路。Pathological dandruff is a chronic,recurring scalp disorder that has become a common problem plaguing people in modern society.Three mechanisms of dandruff production,namely micro-ecological imbalance,abnormal scalp lipid secretion and impaired scalp barrier function,were described and the possible interactions between the three were analyzed.At the same time,anti-dandruff agents were classified according to their active ingredients and their respective anti-dandruff principles were briefly described.In addition,the national and regional regulatory requirements for anti-dandruff ingredients were compared and analyzed.Finally,the efficacy and safety of commonly used anti-dandruff agents were presented,and the future development trend of anti-dandruff agents was foreseen,in order to provide ideas for the development of more scientific and effective anti-dandruff agents.
