摘 要:通过将金属材料与橡胶材料组合并粘接,可以实现复合材料之间功能的优势互补,综合提升产品的应用性能。本文介绍了常见的粘结机理,聚氨酯弹性体与金属材料的粘结是分子间扩散、化学键、机械互锁等多种因素共同作用的结果;综述了目前常用的几种金属材料粘接表面的处理方法:机械处理、化学处理、阳极氧化、偶联剂处理等;对新型矿用纳米吸能柔性防护装置的粘结装配工艺进行了研究总结。最终,通过简便有效的工艺方法,获得了性能符合质量要求的井下新型安全防护装置产品。By bonding metal materials and rubber materials,the advantages of complementary functions between composite materials can be achieved,and the application performance of the product is comprehensively improved.Common bonding mechanisms were introduced.The bonding of polyurethane elastic and metal materials was the result of the common effects of various factors,such as inter-molecular diffusion,chemical bonds and mechanical interoperability.Treatment method had mechanical treatment,chemical treatment,anode oxidation,coupling processing,etc.The bonding assembly process of the new mineral nano-suction flexible protective device was researched and summarized.Through the simple and effective process method,the new underground safety protection device products that met the quality requirements were obtained.
