摘  要:对滇重楼[Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz.]根茎的化学成分进行研究,利用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及半制备型高效液相色谱等进行化学成分研究,根据波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。从中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:偏诺皂苷元(1),27,23β-二羟基偏诺皂苷元(2),薯蓣次苷B(3),重楼皂苷Ⅱ(4),重楼皂苷Ⅰ(5),Glycoside C-a(6),rubrosterone(7),ecdysterone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)。其中,化合物Glycoside C-a, rubrosterone和ecdysterone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside为首次从重楼属中分离得到。To study the chemical constituents in the Rhizome of Paris polyphylla Smith var.Yunnanensis(Franch.),the compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on macroporous absorption resin,silicagel,and Sephadex LH-20 as well as semi-preparative HPLC.Their structures were elucidated with spectroscopic data.Eight flavonoids glyceride were isolated and identified as pennogenin(1),27,23β-diol-pennogenin(2),Diosgenin B(3),polyphyllinⅡ(4),polyphyllinⅠ(5),Glycoside C-a(6),rubrosterone(7),ecdysterone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8).Compounds Glycoside C-a,rubrosterone and ecdysterone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside were isolated from Paris plants for the first time.
