基于高分子防水卷材的现代高层建筑金属屋面防水技术研究

摘　　要：在对建筑金属屋面进行防水处理时,由于缺乏对施工材料和施工技术的合理应用,导致防水性能难以满足建筑应用需求,为此,提出基于高分子防水卷材的现代高层建筑金属屋面防水技术研究。将FM标准的TPO卷材作为施工材料,结合现代高层建筑金属屋面防水施工难点对具体流程进行针对性设计。在明确了施工设备的基础上,对具体施工执行方式进行细化。在测试结果中,设计技术下的建筑金属屋面未出现渗漏的情况。In the waterproofing treatment of metal roofs in buildings,due to the lack of reasonable application of construction materials and techniques,the waterproofing performance is difficult to meet the needs of building applications.Therefore,a modern high-rise building metal roof waterproofing technology based on polymer waterproofing membrane was proposed.Using FM standard TPO rolls as construction materials,and combining with the difficulties of modern high-rise building metal roof waterproofing construction,targeted design was carried out for the specific process.On the basis of clarifying the construction equipment,the specific construction execution methods were refined.In the test results,there was no leakage on the metal roof of the building under the design technology.
