摘　　要：以甲基乙烯基氟硅橡胶为基料,以羟基硅油或二苯基硅二醇为结构控制剂,以铂金为催化剂,添加气相法白炭黑、苯基硅树脂制得氟硅橡胶,再以涂布工艺由上至下包括面层,中间层,粘接层和基布,加工成一种强防污加成型氟硅皮革,探讨了不同比表面积的白炭黑及其处理工艺对加成型氟硅皮革的硬度和力学性能的影响。通过实验确认,白碳黑的比表面积≥300 m^(2)/g,且由六甲基二硅氮烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷和水组成的混合处理剂的用量为17.5%,处理条件为130℃下2.5 h时,在该条件下所制得的氟硅橡胶力学性能较佳,可达到用作氟硅皮革的要求。Fluorosilicone rubber was prepared by using methyl vinyl fluorosilicone rubber as the base material,hydroxyl silicone oil or diphenylsilanol as the structural control agent,platinum as the vulcanizing agent,and adding gas-phase silica and phenyl silicone resin.Then,the coating process from top to bottom included surface layer,middle layer,adhesive layer and the base fabric,which was processed into a strong anti fouling additive fluorosilicone leather,and the influence of different specific surface areas of white carbon black and its processing technology on the mechanical properties of additive fluorosilicone leather were investigated.Through experiments,it was confirmed that the specific surface area of white carbon black was≥300 m^(2)/g,and the dosage of the mixed treatment agent composed of hexamethyldisilazane,dimethyldiethoxysilane and water was 17.5%.When the treatment conditions were at 130℃for 2.5 h,the mechanical properties of the resulting fluorosilicone rubber met the requirements for use as fluorosilicone leather.
