摘 要:先对含氟锗精矿进行烘干球磨过200目筛的预处理,然后在玻璃设备中加入盐酸和固氟剂铝盐进行氯化蒸馏分离得到粗四氯化锗,通过氢氧化钠溶液吸收四氯化锗及盐酸尾气来计算锗回收率及固氟效果。试验得到含氟锗精矿氯化蒸馏时盐酸浓度为7~7.5 mol/L,可溶性铝盐的铝氟摩尔比为6∶1时,锗回收率可达99.71%,氟以氟化铝共价化合物的形式固定下来,确保了氟不会腐蚀玻璃设备。Fluorinated germanium concentrate was pretreated by drying,ball milling,through 200 mesh sieve.Then hydrochloric acid and fluorine fixing agent aluminum salt were added to the glass equipment for chlorination distillation to separate the crude germanium tetrachloride.The recovery rate of germanium and the tail gas of HCl were absorbed by sodium hydroxide solution to calculate the fluorine fixation effect.The results showed that when the concentration of HCl was 7~7.5 mol/L,and the aluminum-fluorine molar ratio of soluble aluminum salt was 6∶1,the recovery rate of germanium could reach 99.71%and fluorine was fixed in the form of aluminum fluoride covalent compounds,ensuring that fluorine would not corrode glass equipment.
