摘　　要：随着现代信息化进程的加快,医疗健康档案的管理也逐渐信息化、数字化。为了适应这种变化,构建基于模型-视图-控制器(MVC)模式的社区医疗电子健康档案信息系统,实现患者档案的信息化管理以及数据资源共享。在评价系统的患者满意度测试中:在满意度-满意影响力散点图中,有11个指标位于优势影响区;在满意度-不满意影响力散点图中,有12个指标位于优势影响区。说明该系统的运行取得了较高的患者满意度,能够很好地应用于实际的患者健康档案的信息化管理中,进一步推进了现代医疗的智能化与信息化水平。With the acceleration of modern information process,the management of medical health records is gradually informationized and digitized.In order to adapt to this change,a community medical electronic health records information system based on MVC model is anstructed,to achieve information management of patient records and data resource sharing.The results show that in the patient satisfaction test evaluating the system,11 indicators are located in the dominant influence zone in the satisfaction-satisfaction influence scatter plot,12 indicators are located in the dominant influence zone in the satisfaction-dissatisfaction influence scatter plot.This indicates that the operation of the system achieves higher patient satisfaction and can be well applied in the information management of actual patient health records,and further promote the intelligence and informatization level of modern medicine.
