摘　　要：陶瓷过滤机是选矿厂脱水工艺常用的设备之一,为了防止孔板堵塞,通常使用硝酸对陶瓷板进行清洗。随着安全环保要求的日益提升,开发危险性较低的新型清洗剂替代硝酸成为主流趋势。目前没有一种公认的能够与硝酸清洗效果及适应性相当的产品,新型清洗剂的研发还处于初级阶段。针对内蒙古自治区(简称内蒙古)某铜矿选厂陶瓷过滤机孔板堵塞物样品,利用扫描电镜进行物相分析,深入研究滤板堵塞的原因。根据堵塞物的构成和形态,结合当前清洗剂的主流研发思路,从基础原料中筛选更为安全的组分,以一定的配比设计3种陶瓷过滤机清洗剂。经实验室溶浸试验,作为一种新型陶瓷过滤机清洗剂,BK810性能最优。现场工业试验表明,BK810能够实现和硝酸相当的清洗效果。Ceramic filter is one of the commonly used equipment in the dewatering process of mineral processing plants,in order to prevent blockage of the orifice plate,nitric acid is usually used to clean the ceramic plate.With the increasing demand for safety and environmental protection,the development of new cleaning agents with lower risk to replace nitric acid has become the mainstream trend.At present,there is no recognized product that can match the cleaning effect and adaptability of nitric acid,and the development of new cleaning agents is still in its early stages.The scanning electron microscopy is used to conduct phase analysis on the clogging samples of ceramic filter plates in a copper ore beneficiation plant in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (referred to as Inner Mongolia),the reasons for the clogging of the filter plates are thoroughly studied.Based on the composition and form of the blockage,combined with the current mainstream research and development ideas of cleaning agents,safer components are screened from basic raw materials,and three ceramic filter cleaning agents are designed with a certain ratio.According to the laboratory leaching test,BK810 has the best performance as a new type of ceramic filter cleaning agent.On site industrial tests have shown that BK810 can achieve cleaning effects comparable to nitric acid.
