摘  要:重点分析污水处理厂能耗现状,识别主要耗能单元,并探讨曝气系统优化、高效电机应用、智能控制系统以及能源回收利用等关键技术。某市污水处理厂的案例分析表明,综合应用这些技术能显著降低能耗,提高处理效率,并带来可观的经济效益和环境效益。能耗降低30%,出水水质达到一级A标准,年节约运营成本超过500万元。另外,提出了技术评估、实施策略、人才培养、标准制定等建议,为污水处理行业的可持续发展提供了参考。Focus on analyzing the current energy consumption status of sewage treatment plants,identifying the main energy consuming units,and exploring key technologies such as aeration system optimization,high-efficiency motor application,intelligent control system,and energy recovery and utilization.The case analysis of a sewage treatment plant in a certain city shows that the comprehensive application of these technologies can significantly reduce energy consumption,improve treatment efficiency,and bring considerable economic and environmental benefits.Reduce energy consumption by 30%,achieve first-class A standard for effluent quality,and save over 5 million yuan in annual operating costs.In addition,suggestions were put forward for technical evaluation,implementation strategies,talent cultivation,and standard setting,providing reference for the sustainable development of the sewage treatment industry.
