摘 要:当前,我国城市矿产产业链存在废旧资源回收协同不畅、效率低下等问题,其原因是回收体系碎片化、技术创新步伐缓慢等。对此,提出构建完善的回收体系、推进技术创新与产业升级、加强政策引导与市场监管等三大解决措施,旨在提升城市矿产产业链的运作效率与资源利用率,实现城市矿产资源可持续利用,助力构建资源节约型和环境友好型社会。Currently,China’s urban mineral industry chain faces problems such as poor coordination and low efficiency in the recycling of waste resources,due to fragmented recycling systems and slow technological innovation.In this regard,three major solutions are proposed,such as building a sound recycling system,promoting technological innovation and industrial upgrading,and strengthening policy guidance and market supervision,aiming to improve the operational efficiency and resource utilization of the urban mineral industry chain,achieve sustainable utilization of urban mineral resources,and help build a resource-saving and environmentally friendly society.
