碘量法测定水中溶解氧的研究

摘  要:水中溶解氧含量的测定可以有效判断水体污染程度,因此,溶解氧是评价水质的一项重要指标。本文对碘量法测定溶解氧的影响因素进行探讨分析,并对溶解氧测定的检出限和实际样品进行分析测定。结果显示,水样采集过程、现场固定、固定试剂量、固定后颠倒摇匀过程、浓硫酸加入量均会影响溶解氧的测定结果。溶解氧测定的检出限为0.2 mg/L;测定3个不同地方的实际样品,相对标准偏差分别为4.4%、2.6%、0.8%,满足质控要求。The determination of dissolved oxygen content in water can effectively judge the degree of water pollution,therefore,dissolved oxygen is an important indicator for evaluating water quality.This article explores and analyzes the influencing factors of iodometric determination of dissolved oxygen,and analyzes the detection limit and actual samples of dissolved oxygen determination.The results showed that the water sample collection process,on-site fixation,fixed reagent amount,inverted shaking process after fixation,and concentrated sulfuric acid addition all affect the determination of dissolved oxygen.The detection limit for dissolved oxygen determination is 0.2 mg/L.The relative standard deviations of actual samples from three different locations were 4.4%,2.6%,and 0.8%,respectively,meeting the quality control requirements.
