煤化工企业循环水补水软化工艺方案分析

摘  要:为进一步探究煤化工企业循环水的节水策略,设计以某地煤化工园区的地下水作为园区内煤化工企业的循环水的工艺方案展开研究。首先搭建软化装置反应器,对实验方案整体予以设计;其次对该区域地下水组分进行分析,确定该地下水需进行软化,且加入碱类物质进行软化更为有效。在此基础上,进一步通过控制变量实验,确定本次循环水软化工艺方案较为合理的策略是直接投入氢氧化钙粉末进行软化处理,并将反应体系中的碱度与硬度的比值控制在1.4,以实现较优的软化处理效果。In order to further explore the water-saving strategy of circulating water in coal chemical enterprises,a process plan was designed using groundwater from a certain coal chemical park as the circulating water for coal chemical enterprises in the park.Firstly,a softening device reactor was built,and the experimental plan was designed as a whole.Next,analyze the composition of groundwater in the area and determine that the groundwater needs to be softened,and adding alkaline substances for softening is more effective.On this basis,further variable control experiments were conducted to determine that the more reasonable strategy for the softening process of this circulating water is to directly input calcium hydroxide powder for softening treatment,and control the ratio of alkalinity to hardness in the reaction system at 1.4 to achieve better softening treatment effect.
