摘 要:重介质选煤系统是我国煤矿行业目前主要使用的选煤方式之一,由于设备、工艺等各种因素的影响,从当前重介质选煤系统的使用情况来看,存在介质消耗偏高的问题,严重制约了重介质选煤系统实效的更好发挥。本文从重介质选煤系统的优势及存在的问题,从介质的选择到工艺设备进行详细分析,希望对我国选洗煤行业产生积极影响。The heavy medium coal preparation system is currently one of the main coal preparation methods used in China's coal mining industry.Due to various factors such as equipment and processes,there is a problem of high medium consumption in the current use of the heavy medium coal preparation system,which seriously restricts the better effectiveness of the system.This article provides a detailed analysis of the advantages and existing problems of heavy medium coal preparation systems,from medium selection to process equipment,with the hope of having a positive impact on China's coal selection and washing industry.
