摘  要:以某循环流化床锅炉为研究对象,利用Unigraphics NX软件对锅炉内风帽结构进行模拟,提出改造方案,并通过模型分析表明,改造后的风帽能够使燃烧室内部风力流动不均匀性有显著提高。之后根据改造方案对循环流化床锅炉进行改进,并进行热态试验,结果表明锅炉热效率从85.71%提升至88.34%。Taking a circulating fluidized bed boiler as the research object,Unigraphics NX software was used to simulate the structure of the air cap inside the boiler,and a modification plan was proposed.Through model analysis,it was shown that the modified air cap can significantly improve the non-uniformity of wind flow inside the combustion chamber.Afterwards,the circulating fluidized bed boiler was improved according to the renovation plan,and thermal tests were conducted.The results showed that the boiler's thermal efficiency increased from 85.71%to 88.34%.
