摘  要:针对综放工作面开采过程中因开采环境特殊性和围岩结构复杂性导致的运行能力受限问题,通过实测某煤矿大采高综放工作面工艺参数,并分析综放工作面各个工序所用时间和工作面系统开机率,进一步提高综放工作面生产效率和安全性。通过一系列的工艺优化,开采效率约提高1.8~2.4倍。In response to the limited operational capacity caused by the special mining environment and complex surrounding rock structure during the mining process of a fully mechanized top coal caving face,the process parameters of a high mining height fully mechanized top coal caving face in a certain coal mine were measured,and the time and system start-up rate of each process in the fully mechanized top coal caving face were analyzed to further improve the production efficiency and safety of the fully mechanized top coal caving face.Through a series of process optimizations,the mining efficiency has been increased by approximately 1.8 to 2.4 times.
