摘 要:详细阐述了240万t链箅机回转窑采用前置SNCR+SCR脱硝技术的实际应用效果。链箅机预热二段经过多管除尘处理和脱硝处理后的热废气,经过再次加热后,用作SCR脱硝尿素热解气源,与常规利用直接加热空气或环冷机三段的热废气作为尿素热解气源相比,热废气热量高、杂质少、不容易造成喷氨格栅堵塞。同时,能够有效节约50%左右电耗,减少电费支出640000元。This paaer elaborated in detail the practical application effect of using pre SNCR+SCR denitrification technology in the 2.4 million ton grate rotary kiln.The hot exhaust gas from the preheating stage of the grate machine,which has undergone multi tube dust removal and denitrification treatment,is reheated and used as the gas source for SCR denitrification urea pyrolysis.Compared with the conventional use of directly heating air or using the hot exhaust gas from the third stage of the ring cooler as the gas source for urea pyrolysis,the hot exhaust gas has higher heat,fewer impurities,and is less likely to cause blockage of the ammonia spray grille.At the same time,it can effectively save about 50%of electricity consumption and reduce electricity expenses by 640000 yuan.
