摘 要:火电厂作为大规模的工业用水和废水产生者,对其废水进行深度处理和资源化利用,实现废水零排放,对于环境保护具有重要意义。因此研究针对火电厂的废水提出了一种高效环保的处理流程,旨在降低废水处理成本,提高处理效率,并实现真正的废水零排放。研究提出的方法主要分为物化法和吸附法两个部分,通过两种方法的交替处理,使火电厂的废水达到零排放的效果,同时还能回收废水中的重金属离子制成工业盐。从实验结果来看,经过此次研究提出方法处理的废水中的汞、铬、镍等重金属含量远低于国家的排放标准,因此研究提出方案具备可行性。As a large-scale industrial water and wastewater generator,thermal power plants need to deeply treat and resource their wastewater to achieve zero discharge,which is of great significance for environmental protection.Therefore,a highly efficient and environmentally friendly treatment process has been proposed for wastewater from thermal power plants,aiming to reduce wastewater treatment costs,improve treatment efficiency,and achieve true zero discharge of wastewater.The methods proposed in the study are mainly divided into two parts:physical and chemical methods and adsorption methods.Through the alternating treatment of the two methods,the wastewater from thermal power plants can achieve zero discharge,while also recovering heavy metal ions from the wastewater to produce industrial salts.From the experimental results,it can be seen that the content of heavy metals such as mercury,chromium,and nickel in the wastewater treated by the method proposed in this study is much lower than the national emission standards.Therefore,the proposed scheme is feasible.
