摘　　要：更昔洛韦是新一代核苷类抗病毒药物,具有广谱、高效的抗病毒作用。本文介绍了一种以烯丙醇为起始原料合成乙酰氧基甲氧基烯丙醚,然后与二乙酰鸟嘌呤反应生成中间体,中间体经氧化、水解得到纯度较高的可以用作杂质对照品的更昔洛韦杂质A的合成方法。Ganciclovir is a new generation of nucleoside antiviral drugs with broad-spectrum and efficient antiviral effect.This paper introduces a method for the synthesis of acetoxymethoxyallyl ether from allyl alcohol,and then reacts with diacetylguanine to form an intermediate.The intermediate is oxidized and hydrolyzed to obtain a high purity ganciclovir impurity A which can be used as an impurity reference substance.
