摘 要:钒是一种重要的稀有金属,需求量大且发展迅速。本文介绍了钒资源应用领域、提钒的生产原料及我国钒资源分布,着重讨论了氧化铝生产流程中钒给铝工业带来的危害,概述了结晶法、萃取法、离子交换法从拜耳法母液中提钒的原理、工艺及研究现状,并以国内某氧化铝厂为例,重点探讨了结晶法的工业应用及给企业带来的经济效益,为面临同样困扰的氧化铝企业提出合理化建议。Vanadium is an important rare metal,with a large demand and rapid development.In this paper,the application fields of vanadium resources,the production raw materials of vanadium extraction and the distribution of vanadium resources in China are introduced.The hazards of vanadium to the aluminum industry in the alumina production process are emphatically discussed.The principle,process and research status of extracting vanadium from mother liquor of Bayer process by crystallization,extraction and ion exchange are reviewed.The industrial application and economic benefits of crystallization are discussed with an aluminum plant in China as an example,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for alumina enterprises facing the same troubles.
