摘  要:建立了气相色谱法测定维生素预混料中肌醇含量的方法。维生素预混料样品中的肌醇经过水溶液提取,氮气吹干,采用硅烷化试剂进行衍生反应后,再采用正己烷提取,最后在气相色谱仪上进行分析,外标法定量。结果表明,肌醇在2~200μg/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R^(2))大于0.999;检出限(LOD)为0.04 mg/g,定量限(LOQ)为0.12 mg/g;相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.43%;在3个浓度添加水平(1.0,3.0,10.0 mg/g)内,回收率为95.0%~98.1%。该方法快速、准确、稳定,能够满足维生素预混料中肌醇含量的测定。A quantitative analysis and detection method for inositol in vitamin premixes using gas chromatography has been established.The inositol in the vitamin premix sample is extracted by aqueous solution,then dried and concentrated by nitrogen gas blowing,silylated,extracted by n-hexane,and finally analyzed by gas chromatography with external standard method for quantification.The results indicate that the linear relationship of inositol is good within the concentration range of 2~200μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient(R^(2))is greater than 0.999.The detection limit(LOD)is 0.04 mg/g and the quantification limit(LOQ)is 0.12 mg/g.The relative standard deviation(RSD)is 0.43%.Within three concentration levels(1.0,3.0,10.0 mg/g),the recovery rate ranges is from 95.0%to 98.1%.This method is fast,accurate,and stable,and can meet the determination of inositol content in vitamin premixes.
