摘　　要：分析总结了目前粗苯加氢行业面对的困难与挑战,对公司粗苯加氢装置的现状进行了研究,围绕全流程降本增效,从原料扩源、产品结构调整、工艺流程优化、操作优化几个方面提出了方法与措施,通过测算,节能降耗效果显著,是解决当前困境的有效途径。Analyzed and summarized the difficulties and challenges currently faced by the crude benzene hydrogenation industry,conducted research on the current situation of the company's crude benzene hydrogenation unit,and proposed methods and measures from the aspects of raw material expansion,product structure adjustment,process optimization,and operation optimization around the entire process cost reduction and efficiency improvement.Through calculation,the energy-saving and consumption reduction effect is significant,which is an effective way to solve the current difficulties.
