摘  要:近十多年来,国内丙烯需求日益增加,丙烯的加工生产成为热点,其中以丙烷脱氢工艺生产丙烯最为火热,截至2024年丙烷脱氢装置已成为丙烯生产主要来源。本文介绍了管式加热炉在丙烷脱氢装置的应用,介绍了加热炉的选型材质、耐火衬里的设计结构,以及油气联合烧嘴的结构和环保排放控制。重点分析了管式加热炉热效率影响因素:保温、过剩空气量、燃烧充分度、炉管分布热传导。In the past decade,the domestic demand for propylene has been increasing,and the processing and production of propylene has become a hot spot,among which the propane dehydrogenation process to produce propylene is the most hot,and the propane dehydrogenation plant has become the main source of propylene production by 2024.This paper introduces the application of tubular heating furnace in propane dehydrogenation unit,the selection of material of heating furnace,the design structure of refractory lining,the structure of oil-gas combined burner and environmental emission control.The factors affecting the thermal efficiency of tubular reheating furnace are analyzed,such as heat preservation,excess air,combustion adequacy and heat conduction of tube distribution.
