摘 要:为满足氮氧化物超低排放要求,某垃圾焚烧发电厂在原有选择性非催化还原(SNCR)工艺上增加高分子非催化还原(PNCR)工艺,形成SNCR+PNCR+烟气再循环组合工艺,在保证氮氧化物排放质量浓度≤100 mg/m^(3)的同时合理降低脱硝剂成本,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。为解决SNCR+PNCR工艺运行不稳定的问题,项目采用固定PNCR固体脱硝剂添加量,SNCR尿素动态调整的运行方式,运行3年多氮氧化物排放稳定达标。本研究结果为垃圾焚烧发电厂脱硝工艺升级改造及运行提供了技术参考。In order to reach the requirements of ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides,polymer non-catalytic reduction(PNCR)process was added to the original selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)process in a waste incineration power plant to form a combined denitrification process of SNCR+PNCR+flue gas recycling.The combined process ensured the effluent concentration of nitrogen oxides≤100 mg/m^(3)and reasonably reduced the cost of denitrifier as well achieving better economic and social benefits.In order to solve the probem of unstablility of the combined denitrification process,the operation mode of a fixed amount of PNCR solid denitrifier and dynamic adjustment of SNCR urea addition was adopted,and the effluent of nitrogen oxides have stably reached the standard for more than 3 years operation.The results of this study provide technical references for the upgrading and operation of denitrification process for waste incineration power plants.
