摘 要:猪的人工授精技术发展促进了养猪业规模扩大和专业化程度提升,提高猪精液的保存效果是推进人工授精技术发展的关键。目前,大部分猪精液为常温保存,但这一保存方法容易导致精液内活性氧过度积累,降低精液质量。稀释剂中加入适量的抗氧化剂,能够改善猪精液的质量并延长保存期限。本文综述了猪精液常温保存的主要影响因素和抗氧化剂在猪精液常温保存稀释剂中的应用进展,以期为抗氧化剂在猪精液常温保存中的应用提供理论支持,并为开发新型猪精液稀释剂提供参考。The development of artificial insemination technology promotes the scale and specialization of pig breeding.How to improve the preservation effect of pig semen is the key to promote the development of artificial insemination technology.At present,the semen of most pigs is stored at room temperature,but this preservation method is easy to lead to the accumulation of reactive oxygen species,and then reduce the quality of semen.Studies have shown that by adding the right amount of antioxidants,can improve the quality of pig semen and extend the shelf life.This review summarizes the main factors affecting the preservation of boar semen at room temperature and the research progress on the use of antioxidants in extenders for room temperature storage of boar semen,so as to provide theoretical support for the application of antioxidants in normal temperature preservation of porcine semen,it also provides a reference for the development of new preservation diluents.
