摘  要:雷州山羊主要分布于广东雷州半岛和海南岛一带,是粤西地区的优良地方品种及中国国家地理保护品种,是广东主要的肉用山羊品种之一。目前雷州山羊群体面临着品种退化、经济性状及个体稳定性差等问题,这给雷州山羊产业的高质量发展和遗传育种工作带来极大挑战。本文论述了雷州山羊的品种特性,系统阐明了雷州山羊在肌肉生长发育、繁殖、毛色性状的遗传调控,总结了当前育种中存在的问题并分析了雷州山羊遗传育种研究的未来方向,旨在全面了解雷州山羊遗传育种研究的最新成果和前沿动态,为进一步推动该品种的遗传改良和优化提供科学依据。Leizhou goat mainly distributes in the Leizhou Peninsula and Hainan Island in Guangdong,and is an excellent local breed in western Guangdong,a national geographic protected breed in China,and one of the main meat goat breeds in Guangdong.At present,the Leizhou goat population is facing problems such as breed degradation,poor economic traits and individual stability,which brings great challenges to the high-quality development and genetic breeding of Leizhou goat industry.This paper discusses the breed characteristics of Leizhou goat,systematically clarifies the genetic regulation of muscle growth and development,reproduction and coat color traits of Leizhou goat,summarizes the existing problems in breeding and analyzes the future direction of Leizhou goat genetics and breeding research,aiming to comprehensively understand the latest achievements and frontier trends of Leizhou goat genetic breeding research,and provide a scientific basis for further promoting the genetic improvement and optimization of this breed.
