课程思政视角下工商管理类课程线上线下混合式教学模式的改革研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的蓬勃发展,培养具备家国情怀、社会担当及创新精神的工商管理人才至关重要。信息技术的发展也为工商管理专业的课程教育带来了机遇和挑战。面对课程思政元素与课程内容融合度不足、教学方法相对单一等突出问题,如何克服瓶颈,成为教学改革的关键所在。为此,高校要在工商管理类课程教学中积极融入课程思政元素,实施线上线下相结合的混合式教学模式,以推动课程思政元素的深度融合,丰富教学方法和手段,为培养更多优秀工商管理人才奠定坚实基础。With the flourishing development of the economy and society in China,it is very important to cultivate the business management talents with national feelings,social responsibility,and innovative spirit.The development of information technology also brings opportunities and challenges to the curriculum education of business administration major.However,there exist some outstanding problems,for example,the ideological and political elements are not sufficiently integrated into the content of curriculum,and the teaching method is relatively single etc..Facing with these problems,how to overcome the bottleneck has become the key for the teaching reform.Therefore,school actively integrates ideological and political elements into the teaching of business administration courses,and implements a mixed teaching model combining the online and the offline,which effectively promotes the in-depth integration of ideological and political elements in the course,enriches the teaching methods and means,and lays a solid foundation for cultivating more outstanding talents in business administration.
