摘 要:车祸、意外等外伤以及肿瘤切除等外科手术引起的软组织缺损的高效修复,一直都是临床痛点。回顾了软组织缺损的修复方法和发展现状,并详细阐述了生物支架移植修复、水凝胶注射修复和生物支架微创注射这三种方法的修复原理和研究进展,重点分析了适用于软组织修复支架的增材制造方法,以及可用于微创注射水凝胶的种类及其交联机制,并对软组织修复的发展进行了展望。综合组织工程支架修复的高效性和水凝胶微创注射的操作便利性,生物支架的微创注射治疗将是未来的一个发展重点。The efficient repair of soft tissue defects caused by trauma such as car accidents,accidents,and tumor resection et al.surgical operations has always been a clinical pain point.Here looks back the repair methods and development status of soft tissue defects,and elaborates the repair principles and research progress of the three methods of bioscaffold graft repair,hydrogel injection repair,and bioscaffold minimally invasive injection.Focus on the analysis of the additive manufacturing method of bioscaffolds for soft tissue repairing,the types of hydrogels that can be used for minimally invasive injection and their cross-linking mechanisms,and the future development direction of bioscaffolds for soft tissue repair.Combining the high efficiency of tissue engineering scaffold repair and the convenience of minimally invasive hydrogel injection,the minimally invasive injection treatment of bioscaffolds will be a development hotspot in the future.
