摘  要:复合材料加筋圆柱壳是一种先进飞行器典型结构,通常采用纤维缠绕工艺制作而成,对模具依赖程度较高,开发周期较长,不利于产品的快速迭代和低成本制造,针对传统成形工艺的不足,结合增材制造低成本快速制造的优势,分析了加筋圆柱壳3D打印技术研究的发展现状,提出了一种基于材料挤出成形技术的加筋圆柱壳回转3D打印工艺方法,开发了回转3D打印工艺装备,设计了针对连续纤维增强复合材料加筋圆柱壳的网格结构与打印路径,回转打印连续碳纤维增强聚乳酸加筋圆柱壳轴压临界载荷和载荷质量比分别达到71459 N和578.29 N·g^(-1),同等结构参数下,探究矩形、三角形、菱形网格形状筋条的轴压性能,结果表明菱形网格加筋圆柱壳轴压力学性能最优。In view of the shortcomings of the traditional forming process,combined with the advantages of additive manufacturing of low-cost and rapid manufacturing,the development status of 3D printing technology of reinforced cylindrical shell is analyzed,a reinforced cylindrical shell rotary 3D printing process method based on material extrusion technology is proposed,the rotary 3D printing process equipment is developed,and the grid structure and printing path for the reinforced cylindrical shell of continuous fiber reinforced composite materials are designed.The axial compressive properties of rectangular,triangular and diamond-shaped mesh ribs are explored under the same structural parameters,and the results showed that the axial compressive performance of diamond-shaped reinforced cylindrical shells was the best.
