摘 要:目的 探讨改水后病区儿童尿氟、血清氟与氟斑牙的关系。方法 于2019年在西安市239个病区村中分层随机选择8个病区村,测定水氟浓度,同时,检测7~13岁儿童的氟斑牙情况及尿氟、血清氟水平。结果 改水后病区儿童氟斑牙检出率为24.73%。不同改水年限的儿童氟斑牙检出率、尿氟、血氟有统计学差异(P<0.05),其中,改水>15年组氟斑牙检出率、尿氟、血清氟水平最低,改水年限1~5年组氟斑牙检出率、尿氟最高。改水年限越长、水氟水平越低可能为氟斑牙发生的保护因素(P<0.05),其OR值分别是10.932(95%CI:5.604~21.325),19.064(95%CI:5.062~71.792)。结论 本次调查的儿童尿氟、血清氟与氟斑牙患病率密切相关,改水年限越长、水氟水平越低可降低儿童氟斑牙的发生。Objective To understand the relationship between urinary fluoride,serum fluoride and dental fluorosis in children after water supplying improvement.Methods Eight endemic fluorosis villages were chosen by stratified random method from 239 endemic fluorosis village in Xian city,and the water fluoride concentration was measured in 2019.The children aged 7-13 were chosen for the examination of dental fluorosis,urinary fluoride,serum fluoride test.Results The detection rate of dental fluorosis among the surveyed children was 24.73%.There was statistically difference in the detection rate of dental fluorosis,urinary and serum fluoride levels among the years of water supplying improvement(P<0.05).The detection rate of dental fluorosis,urinary and serum fluoride levels were the lowest in the group of water improvement for more than 15 years,and the detection rate of dental fluorosis and urinary fluoride were the highest in the group of water improvement for 1-5 years.The longer the time of water improvement and the lower the fluoride level,this may be the protective factors of dental fluorosis,and the OR values were 10.932(95%CI:5.604-21.325)and 19.064(95%CI:5.062-71.792).Conclusion The urine fluoride and serum fluoride are closely related to the prevalence of dental fluorosis in children.Water supply improvement can reduce the occurrence of dental fluorosis in children.
