摘　　要：功能性便秘为临床常见病,严重影响患者的生活质量。中医治病注重整体观念与辨证论治,有其独特的优势和明显的疗效。且中医治疗功能性便秘的方法丰富多样,如中药方剂、穴位贴敷、灌肠、针灸、推拿、耳穴压贴、穴位埋线、穴位注射等使人体阴阳平衡,调节各脏腑的功能;本文通过文献分析,探讨功能性便秘在中医治疗方面及基础研究进展,以进一步加深了解中医对功能性便秘的发病机制,为中医治疗功能性便秘提供更多的理论依据。Functional Constipation is a common clinical disease that seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine focuses on holistic concepts and dialectical treatment,which has its unique advantages and obvious therapeutic effects.In addition,there are various TCM treatments for functional constipation,such as traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,acupoint application,enema,acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,auricular point sticking,acupoint catgut embedding,acupoint injection,etc.to balance yin and yang in the human body and regulate the functions of various viscera;This article explores the progress of functional constipation in traditional Chinese medicine treatment and basic research through literature analysis,in order to further deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of functional constipation in traditional Chinese medicine and provide more theoretical basis for the treatment of functional constipation with traditional Chinese medicine.
