摘  要:通过CFD对某钢厂220m^(2)烧结机烟气选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝系统进行模拟,结果表明,双层多区域高温喷射装置能快速使高低温烟气混合温度趋于一致,满足催化剂对温度的要求。采用混合器、导流板及整流格栅能显著提高催化剂入口烟气的混合均匀性,催化剂入口上游200mm处速度CV值为10.5%、氨氮浓度分布CV值为5%、入射角度分布值为6°、温度分布值为±3℃,均达到流场模拟要求。SCR denitrification system of 220m^(2)sintering flue gas in a steel plant was simulated by CFD.The results showed that the double layer and multi region high temperature spray device could quickly make the mixing temperature of high and low temperature flue gas consistent and reach the temperature requirements of catalyst.Mixing uniformity of flue gas at catalyst inlet could be significantly improved by using mixer,baffle plate and rectifier grille,the coefficient of variance of the velocity was 10.5%,the coefficient of variance of the ammonia nitrogen concentration was 5%,The incident angle distribution value was 6 degrees,and the temperature distribution value was±3℃, at 200 mm upstream of the catalyst inlet,all of which met the requirements of flow field simulation.
