摘　　要：新能源汽车充换电产业的发展对于推动经济转型升级、改善环境质量、提高能源利用效率具有重要意义。本文对新能源汽车充换电产业链发展现状、存在问题、国内外经验、战略制定等进行了分析。在此基础上,以山东省新能源汽车充换电产业链发展为例,提出推动山东省新能源汽车充换电产业链发展的建议,包括将山东省打造成为充换电技术标准制定区、充换电网络建设示范区、充换电设施制造与商业模式创新区、充换电技术与运营人才队伍集聚区。The development of new energy vehicle charging and switching industry is of great significance in promoting economic transformation and upgrading,improving environmental quality,and enhancing energy utilization efficiency.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of new energy vehicle charging and switching industry chain,problems,domestic and international experience,and strategy formulation.On this basis,taking the development of new energy vehicle charging and switching industry chain in Shandong Province as an example,it puts forward suggestions to promote the development of new energy vehicle charging and switching industry chain in Shandong Province,including building Shandong Province into a charging and switching technology standard-setting area,charging and switching network construction demonstration area,charging and switching facilities manufacturing and business model innovation area,and charging and switching technology and operation talent team gathering area.
