摘 要:随着汽车工业对制造效率和产品个性化需求的提升,增材制造技术(3D打印)已成为研究热点。本文探讨了增材制造技术在量产车内饰件制造中的应用,并分析了其在实际生产中的效果。同时指出了该技术在材料成本、生产速度和规模化生产等方面面临的挑战,并对未来发展趋势进行了预测。研究结果表明,增材制造技术在汽车内饰件制造领域具有广阔的应用前景。With the increasing demand for manufacturing eficiency and personalized products in the automotive industry,additive manufacturing technology(3D printing)has become a research hotspot.This article explores the application of additive manufacturing technology in the production of automotive interior parts and analyzes its effectiveness in actual production.At the same time,the challenges faced by this technology in terms of material cost,production speed,and large-scale production were also pointed out,and future development trends were predicted.The results of the study show that additive manufacturing technology has a broad application prospect in the field of automotive interior parts manufacturing.
