摘 要:本文通过试验测试、理论分析以及CAE仿真研究内水切唇边偶发振动异响机理。玻璃升降过程内水切唇边振动测试发现玻璃下降时内水切唇边振动大于上升;绒毛在不同湿度环境下的摩擦测试发现在半干半湿状环境下振动最为剧烈,且在整个滑动摩擦过程正压力不断变化。建立摩擦振动模型识别出影响系统振幅的关键因素,利用CAE对结构、材料以及玻璃不同的运行轨迹在不同摩擦系数时内水切升降阻力对比分析,找出合适的内水切结构与材料组合。In this paper,the mechanism of the accidental vibration of the lip of inner water is studied by means of test,theoretical analysis and CAE.The test results show that the vibration of inner water lip in glass falling is greater than that in glass rising;The friction test of flocks in different humidity environments found that the vibration was the most intense in semi-dry and semi-wet environments,Moreover,the positive pressure changes continuously throughout the sliding friction process.A frictional vibration model is established to identify the key factors affecting the amplitude of the system,By using CAE,the inner water lip resistance of structure,material and glass is analyzed in different friction coefficients,Find the appropriate inner water structure and material combination.
