摘  要:本研究针对维修业务接待实务课程特点,提出课程实施过程中存在的思政教育不够深入、课堂教学效果不佳、课程评价不够明确等问题。针对这些问题,按照以下路径进行课程改革:深挖“课程革命”内涵,重构课程内容;紧扣教学目标,双向融合,挖掘课程思政元素;推进教法和学法的创新;建立多维度的过程性考核,量化思政考核。课程改革后,提高了学生对课程的参与度、企业对实习生的认可度、好评度。This study focuses on the characteristics of the Maintenance Business Reception Practice course,and puts forward the problems of insufficiently in-depth civic and political education,poor classroom teaching effect,and insufficiently clear evaluation of the course in the process of course implementation.In view of these problems,the course reform is carried out according to the following paths:digging deep into the connotation of"curriculum revolution",reconstructing the course content;focusing on the teaching objectives,double integration,tapping into the elements of the course of the Civic-Political;promoting the innovation of teaching and learning methods;establishing a multi-dimensional process assessment,quantitative Civic-Political assessment.After the reform of the curriculum,the participation of students in the course and the recognition and praise of enterprises for the interns have been improved.
