摘　　要：汽车火灾属于严重的交通事故类型之一,会造成较大的经济损失,甚至人员伤亡。导致汽车火灾的原因多种多样,不同的火灾原因影响事故的损失赔偿和责任判定,因此汽车火灾原因鉴定在司法活动中有着十分重要的作用。而在通常情况下,发生汽车火灾时,汽车过火会导致大多数痕迹灭失,增加了还原汽车火灾事故的难度。本文介绍了一起货车火灾案件,鉴定此案件中汽车火灾起火位置及原因,协助委托方划分事故责任和认定损失赔偿范围。Automobile fires are one of the serious types of traffic accidents,which always cause considerable economic losses and even personnel casualties.The causes of automobile fires are varied,and different causes of automobile fires affect the compensation for losses and the determination of liability in accidents,so the identification of the causes of automobile fires in judicial activities has a very important role.However,in most cases,when an automobile fire occurs,the fire will destroy most of the traces,which increases the difficulty of restoring the automobile fire accident.This paper introduces a case of a truck fire,identifies the starting position and cause of the automobile fire in the case,and assists the entrusting party in dividing the accident responsibility and and determining the extent of damages.
