摘　　要：本文深入探讨了我国电子站牌在公共交通领域的应用现状,揭示了电子站牌存在技术成熟度不足、软件频繁故障、信息更新不及时、维护成本高昂、外观设计缺乏吸引力、显示内容单一乏味、影响乘客使用体验等问题。通过细致剖析问题根源,本文提出了相应建议,旨在提升电子站牌的服务质量、运营效率与用户体验,为市民创造更加便捷、舒适的出行环境。This paper discusses the current situation of China's electronic stop signs in the field of public transportation,revealing that there are problems such as lack of technological maturity,frequent software failures,untimely update of information,high maintenance costs,lack of attractive design,single boring display content,and impact on passengers'experience.By analyzing the root causes of the problems in detail,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions,aiming to improve the service quality,operational efficiency and user experience of electronic stop signs,and create a more convenient and comfortable travel environment for the public.
