摘　　要：公共交通作为城市发展的重要组成部分,其竞争力直接影响着城市交通系统的运行效率和市民的出行体验。近年来,随着经济的发展和科技的进步,民用汽车激增,网约车发展迅速,对公共交通构成巨大挑战。在此背景下,本文借助SWOT分析框架,对公共交通的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行了深入剖析,并据此提出了一系列建议,以提升公共交通竞争力。As an important part of urban development,the competitiveness of public transportation directly affects the operational efficiency of urban transportation systems and the travel experience of citizens.In recent years,with the development of the economy and the progress of science and technology,the proliferation of civilian automobiles and the rapid development of online dating cars pose a great challenge to public transportation.Against this background,this paper provides a detailed and in-depth analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of public transportation with the help of the SWOT analysis framework,and puts forward a series of recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of public transportation in light of the results of these analyses.
