摘　　要：本文通过对现有红色档案研究的文献梳理以及黄河流域红色档案资源建设及开发利用的实践研究,剖析目前红色档案资源建设及开发过程中存在的问题,并从数智赋能、文化赋能、经济赋能、协同赋能四方面提炼黄河流域红色档案资源建设及开发利用的策略,为黄河流域红色档案资源开发利用提供创新思路,助力黄河流域高质量发展。Through the literature review of the existing red archives research and the practical research on the construction and development and utilization of red archives resources in the Yellow River Basin,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction and development of red archives resources,and innovates the management and development and utilization mode from the perspective of mathematical intelligence,cultural empowerment,economic empowerment,and collaborative empowerment to refine the strategies and provide innovative ideas for the development and utilization of red archives resources in the Yellow River Basin,and help the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
