摘 要:采用氟碳树脂作为基料树脂、纳米SiO_(2)和聚四氟乙烯作为功能性填料制备了纳米复合氟碳防覆冰涂料,重点讨论了不同基料树脂、不同纳米SiO_(2)和聚四氟乙烯含量下,漆膜表面特性和微观结构对疏水性和防覆冰性能的影响。结果表明:纳米SiO_(2)含量、聚四氟乙烯含量均为纯固态树脂的25%时所制备的防覆冰漆膜水接触角达128°,滚动角达到6°,着冰力为26.1N,同时还具有优异的耐候性、耐腐蚀性和耐液体介质性,能够满足多个工业领域对防覆冰的要求。Nano composite fluorocarbon anti-icing coatings was prepared by using fluorocarbon resin as the base resin,nano SiO_(2) and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)as functional fillers.The focus was on the influence of surface characteristics and microstructure of paint films on the hydrophobicity and anti-icing performance under different types of base resin,different contents of nano SiO_(2) and PTFE.The results showed that the anti-icing coating film prepared with a nano SiO_(2) content of 25%of the pure solid resin and a PTFE content of 25%of the pure solid resin had a water contact angle of 128°,a rolling angle of 6°,and an icing force of 26.1 N.It also had excellent weather resistance,corrosion resistance,and resistance to liquid media,which could meet the requirements of multiple industrial fields for anti-icing.
